I didn’t comment but noticed something was wrong....Second time, we just wanted to have an entrance to share before our main courses. From the second we arrived to the second we left we were given excellent service. The wine list was substantial and reasonably priced. Food, ambiance, service - all were exemplary and in a different league to the lazy cooking elsewhere in the city. Parking can be easily found in the area and I would recommend to book a table in advance, because it is often very busy, both for lunch and dinner. Wonderful evening. Some friend of mine were really happy about the meal took weeks before so, I'll try to give another chance to this restaurant, also I had a really good meal when this restaurant was on another place and it was really good too. The bakery and the pastry products were all home made and delicious: you can't stop eating the thin tomato-flavoured focaccia... As a starter I had rossetti (tiny boiled fish) which were very good and king crab with vegetables as main dish: I really look forward to having them next time. Yet when you enter the service you feel something is amiss when you see lovely coats strewn on a bench rather than placed in a robe for guests. Danilo and staff made a huge effort to make us feel comfortable and explain the ingredients to us. A nice new restaurant managed by a well-experienced family, who owns other properties in Genoa. They were creamy. The setting is relaxed and elegant. Everywhere else we go now will have this to live up to. The waiters also forgot to put in an order for two main courses and forced our table mates to wait another 20 minutes for their main course, unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber.
