The whole group was in their rooms while we had to wait an hour. Overall I would recommend this quirky decorated friendly hotel.

So we , a family of 4 had to sit in two different tables ,which was quite disappointing .Even at the reception we had to wait for about 10 mins to check out as there was only 1 gentleman attending the guests.. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was fabulous, close to a metro brilliant staff would highly reccomend we loved the great range at breakfast. Had a very good stay. There are more places to choose from in the Rome area. Short walk to the Metro! Overall a slightly better than average experience.

The breakfast was basic the staff are friendly and very helpful. But lot of food shops around and they are excellent. The only thing I would say there was no tea facilities in the room just coffee! Actually I was given a couple of ground floor rooms which should be avoided as there is no view and you may feel claustrophobic. There are rooms with balconies but they are limited in number.Rooms are otherwise okay.Communicating with the reception staff was a bit difficult for me but somehow it was managed.Breakfast is too boring.

Lovely quirky hotel. Had a lovely stay in this hotel couldn’t fault anything the reception staff were lovely, the metro wasn’t far from us about a 10 min walk then everything was there for us the colesseum etc. The breakfast lady was charming.The only real negative was that the carpet was stained, and the sheets were worn.
